Production / Shoot Request

Start with just three required fields: first name, email and a short description of the shoot. Project type is optional and can be added now or later. Everything else can be added now or later. MVA can help translate the creative into the right stage, gear, crew and post plan.

1. Contact + project

Who should we follow up with, and what are you making?

2. Dates + logistics

Tell us when, how long and how big the production is.

3. What support do you need?

Select everything MVA should consider when building the quote.

4. Creative brief + deliverables

Give us enough context to understand the shoot, not just the shopping list.

This request does not reserve a date. MVA will review the brief and follow up about availability, scope and next steps. For attachments, include a share link above or email files to info@mva.studio.

Information submitted here is used to respond to your inquiry and coordinate MVA services. See the MVA Studios Privacy Policy.

What happens after you submit

  1. Scope review: MVA reviews your dates, project type, stage, gear, crew and post needs.
  2. Package build: the team identifies what is already covered and what should be added from the Production Packages and live rental inventory.
  3. Availability + quote: MVA confirms the practical package, availability and next commercial step around your actual shoot.
  4. Reserve the date: studio-only customers can use MVA Live Booking; larger productions move forward with the agreed production scope.

A production request is not a reservation, but it gives MVA enough information to turn a creative brief into a workable stage, gear and crew plan.

Production request FAQ

Do I need a finished gear list before I submit?

No. If you know the creative goal, dates, crew size and approximate budget, MVA can help translate that into a camera, lighting, grip, monitoring, audio and studio package. If you already have a list, include it so availability can be checked against the same dates.

Can my package change after the request?

Yes. The request starts the scope. Final equipment, crew, stage hours and post needs can be adjusted as the treatment, shot list and logistics are confirmed.

Should I use this form or Book Studio?

Use Book Studio when you only need a straightforward studio rental, tour or scout. Use this production request when the job also needs gear, crew, production support or post.

What helps MVA quote the job faster?

Send preferred and alternate dates, project type, estimated crew and talent count, stage needs, any must-have equipment, budget context and the deliverables you expect after the shoot.
