The Workflow

Build the production around the deliverables.

Start with what the content needs to become: hero pieces, vertical cutdowns, stills, interviews, product shots, podcast segments or a recurring series. The output should determine the stage, camera, lighting, sound and post workflow—not the other way around.

MVA can support a single content day or help coordinate a repeatable production setup when you need consistent looks and formats across multiple shoots.

Repeatable Production

One facility for recurring content days.

For monthly, campaign or ongoing content, define the formats and setups worth repeating. MVA can discuss a workflow that keeps stage, camera, lighting, audio and post more consistent from one shoot to the next while still allowing the creative to change.

Before You Book

Send enough information to build the right content day.

  1. Deliverables: list hero pieces, vertical versions, stills, interviews, podcast segments or other required outputs.
  2. Dates + cadence: share the preferred date and whether this is a one-off shoot or part of a recurring schedule.
  3. Talent + crew: include on-camera talent, guests, client attendance and which crew roles are already covered.
  4. Stage + technical needs: note the spaces, camera count, lighting references, audio, movement and any must-have gear.
  5. Post + approvals: include editing, captions, audio, review process and delivery requirements when known.

Content production questions

Can we book repeated content days? Yes. Share the expected cadence, recurring formats and what you want to keep consistent so MVA can discuss the appropriate workflow and availability.

Do I need a full production package? No. Bring your own crew and book the stage or selected gear, or ask MVA to support more of the production when needed.

Can MVA support podcasts and interviews? Yes. Include camera, lighting, audio, recording and delivery requirements so the setup can be planned as one production.
